Sports, Fitness & Recreation

We strive to incorporate healthy living and active learning by developing fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment and social skills are emphasized in this area. Good nutrition, regular physical activity and improving overall well-being are key components in this area of programming. Our programming gives members a way to channel their energy and enjoy opportunities to play in a safe environment. Through sports, children learn teamwork, leadership, and responsibility. They experience the rewards of hard work, develop a love for sports and exercise, and learn the benefits of friendly competition.


Basketball is fun to play. It's fast paced and exciting, and each player gets to play both offense and defense. We teach the fundamental basketball skills and instill sportsmanship in our young athletes on and off the court. Our goal is to provide a quality, well organized, basketball program for boys and girls that offers instruction in basketball fundamentals, team play and life skills. We want all of our kids to be successful on and off the basketball court in school and life.


The sport of soccer (called football in most of the world) is considered to be the world's most popular sport. One of the reasons soccer is so popular is that it really only takes a ball and a flat open area to play. Soccer is a great form of exercise as there is lots of running for good distances. The sport is also a good test of dexterity and a great way to learn balance. We teach the fundamentals of soccer and instill sportsmanship in our young  athletes on and off the field.

   Baseball & Softball

Baseball is often called the "National Pastime" of the United States. A sport that was mostly invented in the United States, baseball is considered a big part of the USA's history and culture. Baseball is a sport that combines many different physical and mental talents.
Our young athletes discover a love for the game with a healthy competitive spirit, while also developing the skills they need to succeed in everything they do.


Dodgeball is one of the kids favorite games here. It's fun, fast paced and all the kids participate. Dodgeball may be played indoors or outdoors. With the teams made up of 6-10 players or more. It's a great form of exercise. The sport is also a good test of dexterity and a great way to learn balance, timing and response. Most of all the kids have a lot of fun. 


We teach the fundamental skills of serving (overhand/underhand/jump), setting, hitting and passing. Good height and jumping ability helps a lot. The kids learn cardio, agility, strength and sport-specific drills that will help keep them sharp. Volleyball can be a lot of fun to play.

Games Room

                The Club has a huge games room with billiard tables, foosball tables and air hockey.
             You can also play your favorite board games, learn new ones, or just hang out with friends.
