Boys & Girls Club of Santa Cruz County provides:
A safe place...for those who may be left alone after school or on the streets with no guidance. The Club is a safe place for kids to play and be themselves.
Life-enhancing programs...that can open young minds. Clubs expose youth to new ideas and skills that prepare them for life. We teach the importance of character in all of our programs.
A relationship with caring, trained adults...that can last a lifetime. The more children we attract, the more likely they will build a relationship with a caring adult, giving our Club more opportunities to positively influence their character.
Hope and opportunity...that leads to increased confidence and a brighter future. As young people experience our Club, we become a place for a powerful force called hope.
Our dues are low, $1.00 annually, so that all children can have access to our programs. Concentrating on the children who need us most, we offer a sense of belonging and the tools to make positive choices to each child who comes to our Club. But we cannot do it alone. We need the support of caring people and leaders like you to help us reach these children.
Please explore our website to find out more about us or accept our invitation to join us for a tour of the Club at your convenience. If you have any questions just give us a call at (520) 287-3733 and we'll be happy to help.
"Friendship, companionship and a sense of belonging. Young people can find all these things in a Boys & Girls Club. I can't imagine what my life would have been like without one." Denzel Washington, National Spokesperson, Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
